How to order

• Order online using our secure shopping cart.

• Visit our store. We are located 5 miles south of Valparaiso (Route 30) on State Road 49 or 5 miles north of Kouts.

Charges

• Actual shipping charges will be added using UPS ground rates in effect.

• Customer will also be billed for any additional charges due to incorrect shipping addresses or insufficient funds.

• All orders sent to Indiana address are subject to 6% sales tax.

Return Policy

• Inspect all items upon receipt and report any claims within 5 business days.  If merchandise is damaged in shipping, we will contact shipper.  If damage is due to manufacturer's defect, we will replace item.

• Returns will not be accepted without authorization.

• No returns accepted after 30 days of invoice.

• Refunds-in store credit.

• Special order items are non-returnable.
